Record saved empty

Hello,

My problem is that when I add a new row in the grid and I insert data, the record is created but the fields are saved empty

I have tested with different versions '1.0.5.2' and '1.0.5.0' and '1.0.4.9' but it is the same problem. I use CRM Online (8.1)
On another CRM Online instance (with the same version 8.1) everything happens correctly

Can you help me please

Hi,

If the grid is working on one CRM online instance correctly and doesn't work as intended in another instance, I would suggest to look for any differences between two instances. Some questions.

In the none working instance:
  • Do you have any workflows or plugins that are invoked when a new record is created?
  • When creating a new record in the grid, do you see any errors listed in the browser console. (use F12)?
  • Would you be able to attach a few snapshots of the grid during creation of a new record, setting values,, and refreshing after saving changes?
Was the working instance a newly created instance?

Are the entities involved system or custom entities?

By following your recommendations, I was able to solve my problem which was related to javascript in my CRM
It works very well now
