Lag or freeze on adding/updating record

I am not sure if this only happens to me, but would like to get some feedback from other users.

I have deployed this solution to an Online 2016 Instance, and had 4 grids on the lead form. When I try to add a new record, or when I try to update an existing record, there are times I am experiencing this 5 - 10 seconds of lag or non-response before it finally pulls through. But there are also other times the add/update operation is always instant.

I am leaning toward this is to do with CRM Online, but just want to find out if anyone else experience what I am experiencing, and if there is any action taken on this.
